Should you have any questions about your order, or our shipping & billing process, please feel free to contact us at 0800 616198 . Unfortunately, we cannot place orders that ship to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, post office boxes or BFPO addresses.
Shipping Methods
Orders will only be processed Monday-Friday, and those submitted after 11 AM (GMT) will begin processing the next business day. Address outside of UK mainland will take an additional 24 hours.
Note: you will receive email confirmation when your order has shipped.

Our shipping process
We use DPD for all of our UK stock product (excludes MyJoys). You will receive an email or text message (if you have provided your mobile number) with confirmation of a 1-hour delivery slot. This can be changed following the prompts within the message from DPD. There are options and preferences that can be saved by setting up an account with DPD.
The below areas are not available for Expedited delivery options.

Please note, shoes are delivered 'signature required'.
Standard 4-5 weeks (after the order is processed and accepted) FedEx shipping is FREE for all MyJoy shoes!
Notes: Business days are Monday – Friday. Holidays are excluded. A signature may be required for delivery.
